By accessing the Nutrilife platform and engaging our nutritional consulting services, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of Switzerland. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our digital tools and professional advice.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately. Your continued engagement constitutes a formal acknowledgment of our operating procedures and technical boundaries.

Nutrilife provides nutritional assessments, dietary planning, and wellness lifestyle optimization based on current biochemical research. Our services are strictly educational and advisory in nature.

Nutrilife reserves the right to modify consulting methodologies or technical platforms at any time to reflect advancements in nutritional science or Swiss regulatory requirements.

To provide high-precision dietary plans, clients must provide accurate, complete, and current health data. Any failure to disclose underlying medical conditions or pharmacological treatments may result in ineffective or contraindicated advice, for which Nutrilife assumes no liability.

• Maintain accurate digital logs of intake and physical metrics where requested.
• Provide 24-hour notice for consultation restructuring or cancellations.
• Acknowledge that biological results vary based on individual metabolic response and compliance.

All fees for programs and online consultations are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full prior to the delivery of personalized meal plans or clinical assessments.

Refunds are not issued for services already performed or for digital program materials once accessed. Subscriptions to long-term monitoring plans may be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle via the client portal.

All content, algorithms, dietary structures, and nutritional modules developed by Nutrilife are the intellectual property of Nutrilife Switzerland. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for individual health purposes only.

Redistribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of Nutrilife methodology is strictly prohibited and subject to Swiss intellectual property enforcement.
